Guest access Our entire home can be utilized and enjoyed. We do encourage both❤️ Other things to note Hello and thank you for your interest in our home. We have some general house keeping rules below: Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is by 11am. Whilst we do a thorough professional cleaning between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used. Place all dirty towels in the hamper. This helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down (currently no charge) for you and future guests. We understand that accidents happen but when they do, we ask that you please let us know. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned. No additional guests inside the house other than those listed on the original reservations. Meaning if you book for 2 people you can not have more than 2 at the home at all times, unless you have received prior approval and authorization. Again, you are required to notify us of any additional guest. No pets unless approved, so before you bring your pet please ask. We are in strict compliance with ADA and FHA. Just make sure you have the proper paper work for processing and authorization. Trash must be taken out everyday. The food on plates need to be put inside the trash to take out to prevent bugs and pests of any kind. If there is a maintenance issue we reserve the right to enter the property with no notice. If the Internet/RingSecurity/Cameras are shut off we reserve the right to enter the property to verify the number of guest within our home. This action will also result in a charge of $100 fee. First, we will confirm with our ISP to verify that there is not an outage. We ONLY have Ring Security Cameras on the outside of the property and would never violate anyones privacy. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of the stay. The individual booking the reservation must be over the age of 21 years old. We reserve the right to verify. So in summary... HOUSE RULES 1. No parties, events or large gatherings. 2. Quiet hours are between 10 PM to 9 AM. 3. No smoking in the house. No vape smoking in the house. 4. No parking in the neighbors driveway. 5. No unregistered guests, without prior approval. 6. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. 7. Rinse and put dishes in dishwasher. 8. Lights and AC/Heating are to be turned off when away. 9. No pets, unless approved prior to reservation. 10.
