The apartment has air conditioning, and there is outdoor parking within the condominium. The condominium is close to golf courses, making it an excellent option for those who enjoy this sport. There are two supermarkets a short drive away. It is a 5-minute drive from Vilamoura and Quarteira, and having a car is recommended. Transportation services such as Uber are also a good option. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, as well as the condominium's garden and pool area. Access to the condominium is private, for guests only, and they will have a remote control to access it. The condominium's outdoor parking lot is for guest use. Other things to note Not suitable for pets Parties or events are not allowed. Youth groups are not accepted. The check-in is between 4pm and 7pm. After 7pm it can have extra cost. The security deposit must be paid online by card by the day of check-in. The security deposit is 300 euros for a maximum of 28 nights. For groups or young people, the security deposit is doubled.
