The space Located on the 15th hole of the Spruce Creek Golf Course, 7 Oaks (so named for the massive seven-trunk oak tree in the back yard), is a unique, exquisitely decorated and furnished vacation home. The large great room combines the dining and living areas with the kitchen and features double French doors leading to the Captain's bar and enclosed lanai area containing two small patio tables, one large dining table, a bar, and seating for 16. Wi-Fi and televisions with streaming services are in the great room, the master bedroom, the guest room, and at the outside bar. An outside patio extends the space with two fire pits and comfortable seating under the lighted oak tree and views of the 15th fairway. The master suite provides a queen bed, dual sinks and a walk-in shower for two. From the master suite, go up two steps and through a hall into a sitting area/office that doubles as another guest area when the full sized sofa is opened. The guest bedroom is complete with sliding doors leading to a flagstone-covered patio with dual waterfalls, tropical plants, and a jetted spa for three.
