Private, newly remodeled getaway near downtown

Newly remodeled, clean, private bedroom with queen bed, TV, plus closet and dresser space. The house has two shared bathrooms (owner uses his own private bathroom), shared kitchen, living and family rooms, large deck and backyard. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood near two parks and just minutes from downtown. There are two cats (indoor only) at the house. They aren't allowed in the guest rooms but they will be around the house.
