Ski Central South Jordan home

Welcome to our newly finished walk out basement apartment. We are only 15-20 miles from many different ski resorts! We have a trampoline, basketball hoop, fire pit, large swing set and huge backyard to play in. Inside we have ping pong, basketball, foosball, and movie room with a fire place. We are minutes from the scenic Jordan River trail where you can run, bike, or take a nice walk. This is a family friendly home. It is our primary residence so we are available for any needs that may arise. The space A couple things to note: The kitchen was recently completed and all appliances are brand new. This is our primary resident and we live upstairs. When the unit isn’t rented two of our children sleep down stairs so they have some of their things in the closets, drawers etc. The only thermostat is upstairs so it is inaccessible from the apartment. If you are too warm or too cold let us know and we will adjust the temperature. Since we live upstairs with our 4 kids you will likely hear us but it shouldn’t be too loud. Let us know if the noise is bothering you. We have two indoor dogs that are upstairs with us. You might see them in the backyard when they go out to potty but it is likely you won’t see them at all. There is parking for one car in the driveway and 1 car on the street. If it is snowing street parking is not allowed because the snow plows will come through. Guest access You have access to the whole basement except a couple of closets which are locked. You also have access to the backyard. Other things to note This is a family home so please no wild parties or large events. There is also no smoking, drugs or illegal substances.
