This apartment is located in a luxurious 17th century building on the Prinsengracht, Amsterdam's most famous canal, officially registered as a UNESCO heritage site. This Exclusive Apartment has all the amenities you can expect from an exclusive large apartment. The space You have exclusive use of this luxurious large apartment during your entire stay. The main entrance is on the ground floor where you will find a large living room, large open kitchen, patio and bedroom with king-size bed and fully equipped bathroom.A wide staircase leads you from the hallway to the basement with two large bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a separate bathroom. Also here you have access to the same patio. *** Because of COVID19 we are using an extra careful cleaning regimen with extra attention to doorknobs, keys, light switches etc. Let's keep each other safe and healthy! *** Guest access Please note that local rules of the municipality requires that guest(s) rent a non-self-contained part of the property with designated bedroom(s). Other things to note Will be appreciated to receive additional travel information and expected arrival time in advance. After receiving this additional travel information our team will contact you with additional information regarding your check-in. The host or related property manager of the property will contact you directly to arrange check-in. Please note that late check-in after 8 pm, in consultation with your host, may be possible at an extra cost of EUR 30. Late check-in after 10 pm is on request. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required for incidentals. Procedure: After receiving the final reservation confirmation, the payment details are stored but not charged or authorized for the deposit unless the host makes a claim. The host has 14 days from your checkout date to make a claim on the deposit for damages to their property. Depending on the extent of the damage, the amount the host asks may or may not be the same as the deposit. Please inform Luxury Apartment Prins-Amsterdam in advance of your expected arrival time.
