Beautiful apartment, a few meters from the sand of Jatiúca Beach. It accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 small child. Our space features 350 Mb WIFI internet, smart TV in the living room and bedroom, split air-conditioning, washing machine, 24-hour concierge, private garage and rooftop pool overlooking the sea. Great location, close to great restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and banks. We provide our guests with a guide to suggest tours. The space Apartment fully equipped with furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens. The apartment is in a residential building, on the 1st block of Jatiúca beach, a calm, organized and safe place to enjoy your well-deserved vacation in peace. You will be a few steps from the beach, with a beautiful boardwalk all structured. Although the apartment is a bedroom and living room, the furniture layout was designed to optimize the space and provide greater comfort to our guests. On the penthouse, in addition to the stunning view, it has a very nice pool, released for use from 8 am to 6 pm. We think of every detail, such as a mobile malt, high power fan for the hottest days, functional kitchen utensils, Smart TV in the living room and bedroom, 350 Mb Clear WI-FI internet, washing machine, split air-conditioning in the bedroom, and curtains from the living room and the bedroom with blackout, all to facilitate the day to day and provide greater comfort. For sleeping, we have in the bedroom of 1 double bed, with a comfortable 32cm high mattress with pocket springs, with a single auxiliary bed next door and in the living room a double sofa bed. Thus, it is possible to accommodate 3 adults in the bedroom and 1 adult in the living room. Guest access The building has a 24-hour entrance, allowing you to arrive at any time. Other things to note As it is a residential building, there are rules of coexistence that must be followed by everyone, such as silence after 10 p.m., a ban on hanging clothes on the windows, a ban on walking through common areas in bathing suits, and a ban on overnight stays by people other than those included in the reservation. The pool is only open for use between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Only passenger cars can be parked in the garage, and trucks and the like cannot enter. There is no generator in the building. All guests are required to present an ID.
