Marriott’s Summit Watch offers a prime location in the heart of Park City, just steps from historic Main Street and the town’s best dining, shopping, and nightlife. With ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain, this resort features spacious villas with full kitchens, fireplaces, and cozy living areas. Guests enjoy an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, and a fitness center. Perfect for year-round adventure, from world-class skiing to hiking and festivals, it’s an ideal mountain getaway. The space This spacious two bedroom modern villa features a king bed in each bedroom and two sleeper sofas. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features another king bed and a sleeper sofa for two extra guests. The villa features a full kitchen (Full Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Dishes, Cookware, Utensils) and separate dining area with a table for up to six guests. Additional seating is at the kitchen island. The living room features a fireplace, TV with movie channels, small work desk, and windows that can be opened to enjoy the weather. The villa has a washer and dryer, iron & board, and security safe for your convenience. Enjoy property amenities such as a heated indoor/outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, game room and multiple restaurants right outside the resort. A fitness center, business center, mini-market, BBQ grills, and fire pits are also available to guests at the property. There are family activities planned daily, and a kid's activity center where they can enjoy art, snacks, and a kid's night in (fee). The property also has a ski valet and ski storage for all your equipment. If you plan to rent ski gear, there is a vendor onsite that will give you 25% off for staying at Marriott Summit Watch. Fun things for the family nearby are Discovery Gateway Children's Museum, Hogle Zoo, and Utah Olympic Park. Guest access Upon arrival please go to the front desk. An ID matching your name and credit card is required. Your credit card will be authorized for a refundable security deposit. Other things to note Upon booking, you will be asked to verify your full name and address matching your ID. You will be asked for your email address for the purpose of receiving your resort issued confirmation. Please note, Airbnb confirmations will not be accepted at check-in. Your ID will be required at check-in for verification purposes along with a credit card for a refundable security deposit. Complimentary onsite parking. One complimentary vehicle per two bedroom villa; additional parking $20/day or $50/week (subject to change) excluding holidays and special events. Maximum vehicle height for the garage is 7 ft 4 in. The Park Silly Sunday Market takes place on Main Street every Sunday for 15 weeks during the summer months (June - September). Park Silly is an eco-friendly, open air, artist market, street festival and community forum. During this time, please enter the resort from Deer Valley Drive. Cashless Resort: Credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment. An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit. Please be advised that the resort is undergoing enhancements to the Activities Center as well as villa refurbishment in select buildings. This work is taking place Sept. 2026 to Nov. 2026, and again from Apr. 2027 to Jun. 2027. Please anticipate construction noise and intermittent closures of elevators during this time.
