Basement for rent for eclipse!

Whole basement available for the eclipse with family room, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom, washer and dryer, and small bonus room with another twin bed. Nice safe and quiet neighborhood centrally located near grocery and within just a few houses of the local elementary school for acres of open viewing. Right in the path of totality! The space Comfortable space for the eclipse within 1/2 mile of grocery stores and just a quick walk from the local elementary school for acres of wide open viewing! You will have the family room which has a 65" tv, DVD player and Netflix, sectional couch and reclining loveseat, a bedroom with twin size bunk beds, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, and a bonus small room with another twin bed. If you have sleeping bags or air mattresses there is plenty of floor space for more people! There is also a deck upstairs and sandbox, trampoline and tire swing you are welcome to use, as well as full kitchen facilities- perfect for a family! We will be in the home upstairs and do have children, as well as a few extra guests just the afternoon of the eclipse. There is no outdoor access to your space, it must be accessed through the front door or garage. On street parking is available. Please no alcohol or parties and smoking outside only, pets negotiable. We are just a couple of hours from Yellowstone and only 20 minutes from Bear World! Nice safe and quiet family neighborhood. We can provide up to 10 pairs of eclipse glasses as well, if needed. :-) $450 for one night, extra nights are available for $300/ night. During your stay We will be home in the upstairs during your stay and are available if needed, but will give you as much space as you would like. If you have children they are welcome to play with our kids and use their toys.
