Description
This is our beautiful, charming sunlit 1 bedroom apartment in the East Village! I've lived here for four years and you just can't find a garden like this anywhere in NYC. We actually live here so ask you to please respect our neighbors :) The space Charming and artsy duplex (bi-level) apartment with spiral stairs leading down to the bedroom. There is a full bed downstairs that sleeps two comfortably, and a loveseat/couch upstairs that can also sleep one if the ottoman is pushed to the end. We also have a beautiful garden that has doors from both the bedroom and the main living room area. Guest access You'll have access to the entire apartment, as well as the garden, which is a beautiful place to enjoy your breakfast! We do ask that you restrict your use of the garden to before 10PM and do not smoke at all in the garden, as it's shared directly with one neighbor and our upstairs neighbor's veranda overlooks the backyard. Please enjoy our collection of records, books, and magazines at your leisure and also help yourself to any cookware/dishware as well as spices and oils that you might need for cooking. We only rent the apartment when we are away so you'll have it all to yourself! Our personal things will be in bins in the closet immediately to your right when you enter (it will be clearly marked) and we do ask that you leave that one area alone. We'll have the upstairs open closet cleared for your use so there should be plenty of room! Other things to note Our apartment is very laid back and we welcome you to use anything you may need and enjoy yourselves! Some of our household items and artwork are one of a kind though so we do ask that you use caution and treat them as if they were your own :)
