Conveniently located near I-40, I-540, & I-85. Close to Downtown Durham, Brier Creek, Downtown Raleigh, and RTP! The space This 2 story town home offers a private room and bath on the second floor. You are welcome to use any of our appliances (microwave, stove, Keurig, fridge, washer & dryer). The room comes with a brand new Full sized bed with a medium/firm mattress, plenty of pillows, and a nice down duvet! There is a closet for your convenience as well as a foldable desk for any work that needs to be done! The bathroom offers a shower/tub combo with soft towels and toiletries for your convenience. During your visit, feel free to use the living room as well. We have a 55" TV with YoutubeTV, Netflix, and Hulu ready to go - although you will have to share with our very friendly dog, Calli! Don't worry, she enjoys any show you are watching! Our house is equipped with the Nest Ecosystem (lock, thermostats, doorbell, security system monitored by Brinks) So rest easy knowing your personal items and your safety are in good hands!
