Midtown/Downtown Townhome Style Apt

My place is close to Downtown, Mid-town, stadiums, bars, Creighton Univ, and restaurants. You’ll love my place because of Location and easy access to the interstate.. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. The space My home has all wood flooring and wood moldings throughout. Flatscreen TV in the Living Room and office space available if needed. You'll have access to the bedroom with a King-sized bed. There's a small television in the bedroom as well. Has ceiling fans and central AC. Kitchen is free to use and washer and dryer is downstairs in the basement. There's one bathroom and it's relatively small but towels and soap are provided. Guest access You'll have access to the entire space and will be provided a key for your use during your stay. During your stay I will not be staying in the place during your stay but will be available by phone if you need assistance. Other things to note My neighbor above me lives alone but she does periodically walk loud and she has 2 small dogs that are mostly quiet except for a brief moment of barking in the mornings when they want to go outdoors.
