The apartment is also not suitable for children and infants. - Misuse of towels, bedding and upholstery (such as holes or stains) will be charged according to the repair cost. - Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, suntan lotion, cigarettes, dyes, pens, etc. - Whenever leaving the house, the guest must turn off all air-conditioning units, lights and other electrical equipment as a sustainability measure, as well as to avoid waste and the consequent additional charge of electricity. - If the apartment is eventually fined due to the guest breaking the condominium rules, the fine received will be passed on to the guest for reimbursement.
