Other things to note Please note that the resort fee of $55.85 per day is not included in your booking rate and must be paid separately. After booking, I will send a payment request through Airbnb. By completing your reservation, you agree to pay the resort fee through Airbnb prior to arrival. Please be aware that 100% of the resort fee is paid directly to the Mondrian Hotel and is required by the building in order to submit your stay details and authorize your check-in. No Smoking at all in room, balcony, or hotel resort areas other than designated areas.
