You will be close to everything when you stay at this conveniently located Frisco condo. The bike path, Rainbow Lake / Peaks trail heads, Main Street and Marina are a short walk from your door. This condo is cozy, updated, well-stocked & clean. The bedroom has a queen bed, the living area has a queen sized cabinet bed perfect for an extra sleeping space for kids or adults. The Mountainside complex has a large clubhouse with indoor pool, 3 large outdoor hot tubs, steam room, sauna and fitness. The space This 1-bedroom unit is located on the first floor of a condo building. There is a half set of stairs to get up to the unit from the parking area. The nearby clubhouse contains pool/fitness amenities & washer/dryer. (Not in unit) The living room has a comfortable cabinet bed with 6” foam mattress that is easy to setup. There will be instructions in the unit for folding & unfolding. The balcony has a small table, grill and view of Peak One. There are units above and on either side, so while neighbors are usually respectful, you may hear some noise that is typical for a condo building. Guest access Guests will have full access to the unit. Other things to note We can provide pack and play upon request.
