Simple, peaceful and centrally-located place on the East Twin River, walking distance to downtown, the Lake Michigan and Neshota Park and Beach. This colonial 100 yo house is a perfect fit for a group of friends or family who would like to spend time in a spacious and comfortable environment. The house has 5 bedrooms and everyone can enjoy their own private place. The riverfront is a great place to relax and unwind. The space Two level home, all bedrooms located upstairs with one exception of the sleeper sofa in the lounge room with the river view. Large backyard with three decks, one propane fire pit, large designed rest area right by the river with fire pit and picnic table. Five kayaks with paddles and life vests, a bike, fishing rods, backyard games, hammock, and a gas grill. Guest access Guests will have a full access to home and garage. No access to the basement and attic (locked). Other things to note One car garage, parking space on side of the house, 1 spot street parking available. ONLY registered guests are allowed on the property- no visitors permitted
