The space For the comfort of our guests, the property has: - 1 Suite with queen size bed, Smart TV and air conditioning; - 1 bedroom with queen size bed and air conditioning; - Living room with sofa and Smart TV; - Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, pans, crockery and utensils; - Dining room with table and 4 chairs; - 1 Social Bathroom; - Large balcony with barbecue and outdoor furniture; - Hotel quality bed and bath linen (extra bed linen and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wi-Fi available; - 1 covered parking space. * Cleaning included in the price is only carried out at check-out. If the guest would like extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are available, as well as sheets for the number of guests indicated.
