The house is spacious & clean with hardwood floors throughout. Any adult traveling with a child is most welcome. The space The house is located in a small suburb of Los Angeles, nine minutes from the Long Beach Airport & within walking distance of the Lakewood Mall & Saturday Farmers Market, "Restaurant Row," several fast food restaurants, Starbucks, a grocery store and two parks. It's within driving distance of: Disneyland - 20 min Knott's Berry Farm - 15 min Downtown Long Beach- 20 min Downtown L.A. - 25 min El Dorado Nature Center - 15 min Seal Beach - 20 min Guest access You may access the: -Bathroom -Kitchen -Laundry nook -Huge balcony in the backyard with a table, chairs and outdoor barbecue During your stay We'll be in and out during the day. You probably won't hear us in the evening because most of us sleep upstairs on the opposite side of the house. Please message/call/text us if you have any questions or concerns. Other things to note Please be respectful of our home and family: Don't bring any drugs or alcohol. Keep the noise to a minimum, especially after 9:00 p.m. Don't go upstairs (into our family room and bedroom). Any messes left will be charged at a rate of $15+. That being said, treat the space as you would your own, and enjoy!
