350 Thompson - Top Floor - Central Ann Arbor

Stay in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor! This stylish four-story building is located just a couple blocks away from the Diag and State Street! This unit is perfect for short or long term stays and has been a favorite of guest lecturers and UM sports fans alike! You cannot beat the location! You are close to everything that makes downtown Ann Arbor a destination town! Amenities include Free laundry facilities, a fitness center, game room, and high-speed WiFi! The space This is a private space for you to use during your stay. We have fully furnished the unit with contemporary and comfortable furnishings to make it feel like home. In addition to the twin sized bed, there is an air mattress and the sofa that could be used for sleeping accommodations although we typically recommend the space for no more than 2 people. Guest access In addition to the private unit, you will have access to the common areas including the Laundry center (free to use), fitness center (upon booking you waive CMB of all potential liability), and game room. these can all be found on the sub-garden level of the building. Other things to note This unit is used as our model and we do show it from time to time but will be courteous and notify you in advance of that. Typically this is not something that occurs during short term stays.
