Casa R&R on the River

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Resting on the edge of the Medina River you can hear the wild birds and see the deer and wild life. Bandera is a short drive with a great weekend night life and good food ! This is our family getaway. We will not be there when you are but the home is decorated and has all the accouterments of our life. For those who seek longer rentals we will make closet and drawer space available; otherwise, it’s obvious we stay there often. The space Softwood stained floors with crown molding at the ceiling are nice touches. We have three full couches and three other chairs. The dining table will seat eight (rolly reclining chairs). One renter described it as cluttered…we prefer to see it as personal. This is a space that has our personal presence. For LONG TERM rentals we will adapt and clear space for you. Guest access The entire space is for your use. You will not have access to the out buildings. For those who want smaller Bbq space a Weber can be made available; otherwise the full pit is available ( rib racks can be set out for you as well as larger cooking pots for beans etc). Jimmy buffet margarita machine available. We suggest getting ice for this at the convenience store as house I’ve doesn’t make good margs! Counter top ice maker provides sonic style ice. Other things to note You are booking an isolated property…there’s no one around and tv stations will make you want to pretend tv doesn’t work. BUNCHES of movies to play on dvd. Instruction are found in Casa R&R Binder. This will be found on kitchen counter when you arrive.
