End of the road Blue river chalet

Large, open main room with huge views of the blue river. Complete kitchen, laundry, everything necessary to feel at home at 10,200 feet above sea level. Hot tub room is attached and enclosed. My house is just 4 miles from world famous Breckenridge ski resort, but is at the end of the road with a long driveway which makes it feel extremely private. The highway is in view and only a half mile away but the river noise is most of what you’ll hear. Cozy and warm with gas fireplace and baseboard heat. Huge windows, deck and driveway. Comfortable beds and a bathroom for each bedroom. Three televisions with full cable and high speed WiFi. Although very clean, my home is over 40 years old and probably cannot not be certified as hypoallergenic. No dogs live on premises but have in the past. Legal marijuana smoking only permitted in hot tub room or outside. Guest access The basement is a separate apartment with separate access. Owner may or may not be staying in the lock off basement. There will be available help and contact if needed. Other things to note Outdoor conditions at altitude can be slippery. Owner holds no liability for slips on snow and ice outdoors.
