Relax with the whole family at this peaceful brand new property. A little sheltered haven away from the wind with views over the golf course and sea. It's totally electronic free, no TV or Wi-Fi- so get back to basics with the family and get out the games and enjoy outdoor living! The kitchen has all your mod cons including a dishwasher, double refrigerator, microwave and bread maker. Three bedrooms - 2 queen beds and two singles. No groups thanks, this bach is just for familes. The space Our new bach is located on an elevated section on the way up the hill at the back of the village, above the golf course. The open plan kitchen/living room opens out onto a lovely deck overlooking the golf course and sea. The full kitchen has everything you need for a fabulous stay - just unpack and unwind! The large main bedroom has an ensuite and the other two bedrooms have a queen and two singles in them. There is a gorgeous bath (to be used in the winter only) in the second bathroom as well as a shower. There is also an outside shower and foot bath. There is also a washing machine for your convenience when you stay longer. You are a very short 5min walk to the golf course and on Friday nights you can enjoy a night off cooking as they serve pub type meals from 5pm-7.30pm. Or pop down to the shop/cafe for takeaways and all your convenience goods. Other things to note Water is collected by rain water into tanks, but not filtered. If this is of concern to you please buy your own water, but do boil it obviously for babies. Conserve water over the summer please . Please either take your rubbish with you or put your recycling and rubbish into the blue council bag and put it at the roadside on Monday morning thankyou.
