Welcome to our beautiful home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood located at the base of Old Mission Peninsula, just 2 miles from downtown Traverse City! You'll have plenty of room for the entire family, including the dog, in our 4 bedroom home with a large fully-fenced backyard. You'll have access to our neighborhood private beach, a finished basement with wet bar & home theater, multiple decks to grill & chill, and fast wifi for those needing to still work while enjoying a peaceful stay! The space On the main floor you'll enter to the main living room that has vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and gorgeous large glass windows. Continuing through the house you'll enter into our stunning Chef's kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a 5 burner gas range, 2 sinks, incredible blue marble countertops, a four-seat bartop, TV, access to the backyard and deck, and all of the cooking necessities you can think of! Beyond the kitchen you'll come to the dining area with a large table for six followed by the back living / TV room for late night relaxation. Entering in off the garage, you'll come into the laundry room which is attached to the 1st floor half-bathroom, and also leads downstairs to the finished basement. Upstairs you'll find 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom comes with a King bed, large walk-in closet and attached (recently remodeled) bathroom. The master bathroom is beautiful and has heated floors, a bidet toilet, and a steam shower. The other 2 bedrooms come with queen beds and 1 also has a large walk-in closet. They share the 2nd full bathroom upstairs. In the finished basement you'll find an additional queen bed and sleeper sofa. There is also a home office setup for those working remotely, or one can be setup anywhere throughout the house. Additionally, we have a wetbar that is connected to the home theater room in the basement which is a great place for movies or watching the game. Heading to the backyard, you can exit through the garage, kitchen, or dining area. Exiting through the kitchen you'll pass through the closed in 3-season room and exit to the West deck where you'll have access to a 4-burner grill and our large fenced-in backyard. On the east side of the house, you will find another deck with outdoor seating and a stone patio area with more seating leading to the back of the garage.
