Home away from home! We invite you to relax in a space cultivated for life, love, meditation, and coffee. Enjoy open spacious living areas, perfect for gathering, cooking, & relaxing. Sip coffee & read at the breakfast nook, or unwind on the covered patio lined with beautiful evergreens. Located 15 minutes from downtown, in a quiet neighborhood, at the end of a cul-de-sac, this home is the perfect, unique, & cozy hub for friends & families wanting to experience Louisville together. The space Our home is our home. Simply put, when we aren't renting it out, this is our only residence, so we like to think it has unique eclectic/functional vibe. The majority of our time is spent together in the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. We each have our own spaces throughout the home so you will notice the somewhat over-the-top superhero and Harry Potter themed guest rooms, which are perfect for young children, but will comfortably sleep adults. The morning sun greets you in our master bedroom, complete with a floor futon perfect for meditation and stretching. The cozy breakfast nook and coffee bar bridge the kitchen and living room to create this really lovely, open vibe perfect for those who love to cook and gather together on vacation. There is a well-lit, open air, covered patio behind the living room and kitchen, with a grill, a few Adirondack chairs and fenced in yard with a small swing set. The finished basement is a great for guests to enjoy a game of pool, binge watch Game of Thrones on the big, projection screen, or enjoy a cool, dark bedroom to get caught up on some well-needed rest.
