Clamshell Chateau

Our place is a large home, which we live in, with a completely separate ground level apartment for our guests. It is close to parks, restaurants, dining, and an easy, short walk to a private beach. You’ll love our place because of the location, the neighborhood, the people, the outdoors space. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids). Please, No tobacco, illegal drugs, or pets on premises! The space Your apartment is the complete first floor of our home. It is very private, safe and secure, with it's own private front and rear entrances. Great for children or elderly because there are no stairs. Two parking spaces are available right by your front door. The rear patio area consists of a large heated spa, 2 charcoal grills, and a seating area. There is one bedroom with a king bed, and one bedroom with a queen and a set of bunks. There is also a full kitchen, one bathroom, and a large living and dining area. You also have access to an outdoor shower. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of their own private hot tub/spa, 2 "park-style" charcoal grills, washer and dryer, and outside shower. We do not have cable tv, however, we do have free high speed wifi internet throughout the space and a Roku streaming device connected to the television in your apartment for your entertainment media needs. Other things to note There is no noise ordinance time limit in this community. Anytime noise becomes an issue sufficient to disturb neighbors authorities may respond.
