Minimalist crashpad near Airport, MSSU, Mercy

You are basically getting the entire house to yourself :) The house is going through some renovations but has many modern amenities including smart locks, smart TVs, access to common area kitchen, and bathroom. Your room will have a smart TV, queen bed and a table to use for a desk or dining. The space Cons: We're doing some renovations...everything works, but a few disclaimers... For example, the shower is bare pex tube and a claw foot tub wrapped in plastic, but this is my first focus to build a walk-in shower No laundry No dishwasher No garbage disposal No stove (using a toaster oven) Pros: Home is kept extremely clean and well maintained Central heat and air Hot shower with good pressure Streaming internet and VOIP Your own mini fridge Smart TV in your room Desk in your room Locked door Common area has 55" Smart TV, DVD library, printer, scanner, label maker, whiteboards Street or driveway parking My home is very cozy, yet your room is 13x13. You'll be close to the airport, MSSU, Mercy Carthage, and many local manufacturers. You'll have your own mini fridge in the kitchen or you can keep it in your room.
