Basement Suite in State College

Features a downstairs with 2 bedrooms, 1 eligible for guests to stay. The bedroom has a full bed, no door separates the bedroom from the living room. There is a door separating the downstairs living room (couch, apple tv) and half kitchen (microwave, fridge) from the stairs and the rest of the upstairs. I have roommates but there is still access to the upstairs living room, kitchen and bathroom. Apartment is walking distance from downtown and Beaver Stadium. Comes with parking The space Guests are welcome to use any of our footballs or soccer balls to utilize and play in the lawn. There is also a corn hole set on the porch. Entrance to the basement is through the front door and down the stairs on the left. Bathroom is the second door on the right upstairs. Guest access Guests will have full access to the basement amenities and will also have access to a full kitchen upstairs, a full bath and a living room. Downstairs TV has apple tv and hbo, upstairs has cable, xbox, and a speaker system. Wifi throughout the house. Parking spot in rear of property. During your stay I will be sparse during the stay, often out of town or elsewhere however I can be reached on my phone. There is the possibility for interaction with my roommates.
