Perfect sublet for summer! 1BR in huge 6BR house- 2.5 bath. 2 min walk to Calhoun street's shopping/restaurants, 5 min walk to University of Cincinnati. $400 + utilities ($25-50). Price negotiable. Available for May and/or August! The space My room is the coziest nook in the house. Big enough to comfortably live in, but secluded enough to have your own privacy from the rest of the house. Full bed, closet/drawer space, desk space with writing utensils, basic ammentities. Ideal for a college student looking to stay for May and/or August! Guest access Storage space in my room as well as upstairs living room, upstairs and downstairs couches/living rooms, fridge, washer/dryer, fire escape (beautiful view of the city from there!) During your stay I won't be here in May, but 2 or 3 other subletters will be around! They are all very friendly and respectful people.
