This complex is the perfect place to host your family, friends, or business retreat, giving you and your guests many opportunities to explore amazing Southern Utah. PLEASE NOTE: These homes are very new and the addresses do not yet show up correctly on Maps and GPS devices. Please follow the written directions provided in the email, and feel free to give us a call if you have issues or concerns. Additional Information: UPON ARRIVAL: You do not need to check-in anywhere. Go directly to the home and use the 4-digit lock code provided in your final confirmation. Please remember you are in someone’s home and someone else’s neighborhood. Please respect them by not disrupting the neighboring homes by entering their yards, riding ATVs in or on their driveways, yelling, using profound language, revving motors, etc. House Rules are in the condo. Please read them CAREFULLY. Pools are open 8 am - 10 pm - ADULT ONLY HOURS: 6 am - 8 am, 10 pm - 11 pm - Upper Pool open year round and heated in winter months. - Lower Pool open year round and NOT heated in winter months. Children 15 years and younger must be supervised by an adult 18 years or older. Young children must have an adult present with them inside the gates of the pool area
