WE ARE CURRENTLY RESTORING A SINGLE VINTAGE TRAILER, NAMELY A 1954 SPARTAN MANOR, WHICH WE HOPE TO HAVE AVAILABLE THIS FALL FOR OUR MANY AIRBNB GUESTS. Featured here is a 1971 AIRSTREAM 28' 'SOVEREIGN OF THE ROAD' trailer. This INTERNATIONAL model was the Cadillac of trailers in it's day. Straight out of the 'MadMen' era, this silver slipper boasts sleeping for up to FOUR (4) PERSONS on ONE (1) DOUBLE and TWO (2) SINGLE BEDS.. All quality linens and towels are provided. The rear BATHROOM is equipped with a toilet, sink, and a small combination tub/ shower. The galley has a gas range-top, oven, refrigerator and double sink(URL HIDDEN)gas FURNACE provides comfort heating on chilly nights. All pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, coffee, sugar, salt/ pepper, some spices and olive oil are provided for cooking The Airstream is tucked into a meadow area under a pepper tree on our 40+ acre property and is extremely private and tranquil with 180 degree mountain views. Outstanding hiking is available to a private (seasonal) waterfall, or on the world renowned 60 mile long "Backbone Trail" adjacent the property. Sweeping Pacific Ocean views are just a 10 minute walk or take the 5 mile drive to the beaches galore! Dark skies at night provide exceptional star and meteor shower gazing opportunities. PETS ARE WELCOME. We charge an ADDITIONAL $!5 FLAT CLEANING FEE per reservation payable during your stay IN CASH. Just one caveat- your privacy could be interrupted by a surprise visit from our overly friendly horse family! Previous guests report that it's all good though!! Guest access Swimming pool is available for guest use during summer months. Hiking trails on and off the property.
