Guests can walk one block to grab Austin style tacos at Brazos Tacos, or grab a coffee in the morning at Shark Mountain coffee. The Downtown Mall, with countless restaurants, bars, theaters and shopping is only a short 10 minute walk from the house. If you chose to stay in, the house features a great eat-in kitchen and large back porch with Weber charcoal grill overlooking the gardens and firepit. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, including fenced-in back yard and driveway. I currently live in the home, so drawers and closets will be occupied, however I will clear some space for you to keep your things. Other things to note This house houses a dog and fish, and while it is thoroughly cleaned, tenants who have severe pet allergies should take note.
