Welcome to Casa as Margens do Rio Ivaí: Wooden Refuge on the River's Edge Enjoy tranquility in this charming wooden house, situated in a condominium on the serene banks of the Ivaí River. Ideal for fishermen and nature lovers, it offers incredible views and trails, rustic warmth and direct access to the river via an exclusive condominium ramp. A unique experience awaits you at the Salto das Bananeiras 2 condominium. The space Our little house is practically all made of wood, with a covered garage for one car and another 2 uncovered spaces. It has a balcony on three sides of the house, where there is a barbecue area and a very different counter than you have ever seen. In the outdoor area, we have a swimming pool and a very charming garden. The game room is simple but very nice. The living room has a sofa bed and smart TV, combined with a fully equipped and complete kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a private BWC and a double bed, bedroom 2 also has a double bed and bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds, all with air-conditioning. We offer bed, bath and table kits at the entrance of the accommodation, but we do not provide exchanges of these items. So for extended stays, we recommend that you take these items with you, as well. The condominium is in the process of paving the streets, but you don't have to worry, ours is almost ready, it's just a few meters of cobblestone roads. The condominium offers access to the river, a party room (reserved in advance), boat parking, a playground, a soccer field and a community pool (a recent medical examination is required to use this) with an incredible landscape. Inside the condominium, there is also a small shop with drinks and basic day-to-day items. Meals are also available on request. Nearby, we have a fishing area with a restaurant and a huge variety of fish for those who like this type of fishing. Rustic, pleasant atmosphere and top cuisine. For those who like outdoor adventure in the region, there is one of the most beautiful waterfalls on the Ivaí River, the Salto das Bananeiras, which is approximately a 10-minute drive and another 5 to 8 minutes of hiking to access the Salto das Bananeiras. The river offers the possibility of fishing for a variety of species, as well as practicing water sports and motorboating. We look forward to seeing you at our little house, our Refuge.
