Spacious master bedroom/apartment with great view

Very safe and nice apartment with great view. Five minutes walk to Beale street and Grizzlies stadium (Fedex Forum) and 10min anywhere else downtown. Master bedroom with two showers (one stand-in and one with tub), two his/hers sink. Living room and kitchen is very spacious. I'm usually in town to give a local host experience, otherwise, a folder with information to some of my favorite spots will be available. The space Living room, Kitchen and Dining room are shared space. Groceries/or prepared meal can be arranged. Towels, soap and shampoo will be available. During your stay You can reach me at anytime by phone or email. When you arrive, we'll meet face to face and go over everything and answer any questions you may have. I can also pick you from the airport which is roughly 12min drive from my place. I can also make myself available in the evening and weekends to be your guide around downtown and midtown and take you to some hot spots
