Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house however the attached garage was converted into a private storage room that is not accessible to the guests. Other things to note - No Parties allowed on the premises. - No Pets allowed on the premises. - No Smoking: This is a strict non-smoking premise. No smoking of any kind allowed on the property including e-cigarettes/vapors. You can smoke outside on the deck with a bench. - Please no glassware, no jumping, and no running in the pool area. - Please clean the grill after use. - No children allowed in the pool area without an adult actively supervising the space for safety and acting as a lifeguard in case of an emergency. - Garbage and Recycle pickup is every Tuesday. Please place the garbage/recycle bin out on the curb nearby the mailbox Monday nights. - Monday is our pool maintenance/cleaning day. You can use the pool before the maintenance person shows up, after that, please avoid using it for 1 to 2 hours as the elements settle down. - Lawn care day is usually every Wednesday, please do not leave anything on the grass. - Please do not re-arrange the furniture.
