Private studio space with its own entrance in a prime neighborhood of Saratoga! Our 1870 Victorian home is located within walking distance of the famous Saratoga Racetrack, the downtown area, and many other attractions. The space includes a bedroom, full bathroom, and small kitchenette. The space Our guest studio is located on the first floor of our home with a private side door entrance. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, it has a queen size bed which fits two very conformably. The space is freshly painted, features a recent kitchenette remodel, and is decorated with original art throughout. Cozy and complete with thoughtful touches, the studio has everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay in Saratoga. Only a 15 minute walk (.7 mile) to the Saratoga Racetrack, and an 11 minute walk (.5 mile) to Broadway (restaurants, shops, nightlife, Congress Park). The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, stovetop, cookware, plus more essentials should you wish to cook. There is a drip coffee maker and tea kettle with complimentary coffee and tea provided by us. The studio has its own climate control system with both heating and air conditioning to ensure comfort year-round. Sign into your streaming services on our Roku TV and stay connected with high-speed internet. Guest access Self check-in available with keypad door handle! We will be generally present during your stay in the separate part of our home and will be happy to assist guests with anything they need. Our studio is located right off our kitchen so you may hear some light family noises during your stay, but we are always mindful when guests are present. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am No parties or events. We would be delighted to share all of our recommendations including restaurants, local events, parks, historic monuments, bars, and more, so please ask! Other things to note Free street parking is almost always available in front. Our street has alternate side parking which changes sides every morning at 8am except for Sundays. However, many of our guests chose to park on Nelson Ave (half a block away to the West), which has same side parking. A map with instructions will be in the studio.
