Home located in the quiet family-oriented neighborhood of Woodland Shores/Poquito Bayou in Shalimar, Florida. Very conducive to long walks or bicycling. No additional guests, private parties or gatherings please. We have a very nice lanai you may use and a large swimming pool for exercising or relaxing. We are located 2 min to a boat ramp, 5 min to the west gate of Eglin AFB, 10 min to the Destin/FWB (VPS) airport, 15 min to the Okaloosa Island beaches and many eateries and bars. The space You'll have full access through the front door, bedrooms, bathrooms and office space should you need to work. Guest access Feel free to use our kitchen, laundry facilities (a donation is appreciated for excess use of washer/dryer and detergents), living room, outdoor grill, lanai and swimming pool. You may certainly store your food in our fridge/freezer and use our paper products as well as our condiments. To lighten your travel load we can provide beach towels, ice/coolers and beach chairs with a minimal deposit which will be returned when items are returned in good condition. During your stay We are fairly quiet and private people but do interact with guests when and if they'd like. We go to bed early and likewise are early risers. We own a loving male bischon poodle mix named Dexter who is hyper allergic breed. We can recommend the best places to visit so just ask away and we shall indulge you. Other things to note *Minimum age to book and stay is 21. The person who books with their Air BNB account must be the one who checks in and stays. No 2nd party booking allowed. We ask that you take all necessary safety precautions when using our swimming pool at all times.
