Established in 1874, It was a town, with a post office, major road from Fayetteville to Durham and visitors stopping at the Cape Fear River to travel in for their Moonshine. Since the 1950's, no one has lived on the property and it has been solely used for parties, family reunions, weddings and getaways. We are proud to offer Sugarneck for your family or friends to create special memories!
