The villa includes 4 elegantly furnished bedrooms: 3 are air-conditioned and 1 well ventilated with a ceiling fan. Two bathrooms. A mezzanine adds extra space to relax or entertain. The large central living space includes a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with TV. A large terrace and swimming pool invite you to moments of relaxation and conviviality, complemented by a gas and charcoal barbecue. The property has other private accommodation, some spaces (parking) are shared. It is possible to rent additional accommodation for large groups. Guest access the villa, its garden, pool and laundry room. On the same property two other apartments are rented, they each have private access to get to their apartments. If you have more than one vehicle, you will need to park on the street, a few meters away. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a surveillance camera for more peace of mind. ❄️ Air conditioning and electricity Electricity in the house is included. Only air conditioning is charged according to consumption: we read the meter on arrival and departure, then send the detail. 👉 This approach encourages responsible use and also contributes to the preservation of the environment🌍. 🔇 Respect for the neighborhood The villa is located in a quiet environment with other accommodation nearby.
