We primarily rent to travel nurses because it is ideal for traveling single women and/or families. The space This spacious and inviting condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1200 sq foot condo with 2 dedicated parking spaces. A one-car garage with storage and an uncovered parking spot. The comfortable private master bedroom includes a queen size bed, 3 piece en suite bathroom (shower & linen closet), and wall length closet space for ample storage. The private second bedroom is equally as enjoyable. It includes a full size bed and walk-in closet with dresser. The private bathroom is a 4 piece full bathroom with shower and bath tub combination. Both rooms have a TV equipped for online stream Netflix, Hulu, YoutubeTV, and more. The shared spaces includes the following: dedicated home office space, in-unit washer/dryer, open concept living and dining room with fire place, private balcony outfitted with outdoor furniture, and full kitchen stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, and pans; a full-sized refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave, Keurig, blender, and toaster. This spacious and serene home away from home makes finding relaxation effortless. Ideally looking for a travel nurse or family guests for 3 month or more stay. Open to extensions.
