Quiet hours will be rigorously enforced to maintain a peaceful environment. Any documented breach of the Quite Hours during the designated hours will result in a fine of $200 per violation. Parking: No Parking on the Street. Parking on the street is strictly forbidden, as it is against neighborhood regulations. Avoid blocking the sidewalk, ensuring clear pedestrian access at all times. Any documented evidence of street parking or Sidewalk blocking violations will incur a fine of $300 for each vehicle. Utilize the garage for parking as the primary option. Only utilize the driveway if necessary. Check-In Policy: Normal Check-in is 4 p. m. Early Check-in is dependent on availability & can be accommodated for an Additional fee of $75. Inquire for Details. Furniture: Avoid altering the arrangement of any furniture. In the event that furniture needs to be rearranged for convenience, please inform us beforehand and ensure its return to its original position before your checkout. A fine of $150 will be imposed for any unauthorized displacement or movement of furniture without notification or proper restoration.
