Our comfortable home is located minutes away from downtown historic Homer. Enjoy a home away from home atmosphere in our private Finished Basement. Guests have their own private entrance, living area, wet bar and more. Guests have more than 800 square feet to relax with NEW private bath. The space Guest stay in finished basement with all the amenities. There is one bedroom which offers a Stearns and Foster queen size bed, dresser, nightstand and closet. You also have the ENTIRE downstairs living area- complete with a couch, rocking chair, flat-screen TV, wet-bar, sink, microwave, refrigerator and a Keurig coffee machine. The only thing you DO NOT have is a stove/oven. Laundry facilities (washer/dryer) are available if needed. The NEW PRIVATE full bathroom is complete and ready for use. WiFi is also provided. Situated halfway between Syracuse and Binghamton (30 minutes - Syracuse University, OCC and Lemoyne College or SUNY Binghamton) Only 30 minutes to Ithaca (Cornell, Ithaca College) and a number of wineries and craft breweries. Historical village with - cultural events, food, shopping, hiking, fishing, hunting and ski slopes near by. Everything you need for year round fun. We are a pet friendly home with 1 Boston Terrier that is VERY friendly. We keep her separated from your living space; however, you may be greeted by her friendly face! Other things to note We are flexible and try to accommodate special requests and provide assistance whenever possible. Please remember, the space you are renting is part of our home.
