Downstairs Illuminated open space with an open fully equipped american kitchen and a cozy living room, 2 beautiful double rooms with big cupboards: 1 King-size-bed and 1 Queen-size-bed, 1 bathroom with a modern walk in rainfall shower, and the balcony (11m2 / 119 ft2) with views to the pool and the tropical garden. Upstairs you find the spacious fully furnitured chill out panoramic rooftop terrace with amazing views to the jungle and the 3rd private double room with a queen-size-bed and bathroom in suite. The chill out panoramic terrace is totally private and you have free access to the beautiful tropical garden and the pool common areas of the condo. Other things to note Please check that the refundable damage deposit will need to be paid in cash during the check in and will be return to you during the check out, this will be 300$. Any damages that might occur in the apartment will be charge accordingly. Electricity is included in the rent price till 45Kw/day, any extra costume will be charge (so far non of our guest need it to pay any extra). We are also not responsible for any accident that might occur to any occupants in the apartment or in the condo.
