A 5-minute walk from Monza Sobborghi station A 20-minute walk from Monza Central Station. You will have a quiet room with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk. Close to the room, there is a bathroom for your use. The space You will have a nice cozy room at your disposal. The linen is always clean. It is always changed between guests and once a week if you stay longer. Inside the room you will find a wardrobe, chest of drawers and work area with a large desk. The wifi signal is great. You won't have any connection problems. The bathroom is for guest use only. (Notes: The host only comes into the guest bathroom to use the washing machine). The host does not use the guest bathroom Bathroom: Using the washing machine or dryer is prohibited. Access to the kitchen: - use of the microwave - no cooking. - use of electric kettle - use of coffee machine (coffee capsules not provided) - Food and drinks are NOT included. The living room is not a shared space. Free street parking. Respect the road signs. The host is not responsible for fines due to poor parking or failure to comply with the signs. I live in the house with my sister. Guest access You can only use the kitchen to heat food or prepare quick meals. No cooking sessions or staying longer than necessary, also to allow the rest of the family to use it. The important thing is to always keep it clean after use. Keep food in your personal space. Do not use pink pots and pans. The living room is not a shared space. During your stay I am available during your stay through the Airbnb app. If I am at home, I will be happy to chat with you and help you. Other things to note Prepare the documents at check-in and the accommodation tax: €2 per night per guest. The accommodation tax is not included in the Airbnb price and is mandatory. Check-in is at 5:00 p.m. Notify the host immediately if you plan to arrive at a different time to make an appointment. The host does not guarantee check-in if you arrive at a different time without an appointment. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. It is forbidden to have guests. Guests of guests are not allowed. Although the bathroom is for the exclusive use of the guest, there is my washing machine, so I may access the bathroom only for the use of the laundry. Using the washing machine and dryer is prohibited 🚫 Trains pass two/three times an hour, as the accommodation is located near the Monza Sobborghi station (they pass at speed, so 20 seconds of noise) and do not pass between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. In the summer, there is a fan (no air conditioner).
