We have a private one bedroom/one bath/living area available for rent. This is the entire lower level of our home that will be your private space. There are full sized windows in the bedroom and living space, allowing ample lighting. Patio is yours as well, including the hot tub! Close to highway, hospital, and restaurants. No pets, please. The space WIFI available, washer and dryer use if needed, beautiful backyard (0.5 acre lot) with a large deck and patio with hot tub. Guest access The entire lower level is available for use. It is a clean and comfortable home. Street parking is available. Netflix and Amazon prime are available on the TV. WiFi available as well. During your stay That depends entirely on you! If you want privacy you got it. If you want to hang out and have a drink on the back deck with us, even better! We will accommodate you however you wish! Other things to note Breakfast is included in the rate, so if you choose to join us in the main level kitchen or dining area for this meal, we will welcome the company.
