Relaxing Private bedroom, bathroom and living room

We have an extra room in our two-story house, which is located in a safe and quiet gated community in Coral Springs. There is a mall 5 minutes down the street, the beach is 25 minutes away, the airport is half an hour and we have easy access to I-75 if you want to go to Miami. The space The space includes a private room, private bathroom, coffee bar, laundry room access and semi-private living room (we spend 90% of our time upstairs but may need to access the backyard from time to time). The room has: - queen-size bed - closet - dresser - mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water and soda - microwave - 32" HD TV with cable and Chromecast - coffeemaker, coffee, sugar and cream Guest access Guests will have access to the entire downstairs, laundry room (limit one load per visit), patio and backyard. During your stay We're a young family with friendly dogs and we enjoy meeting new people and learning about other cultures; however, we have our upstairs sectioned off and will be spending most our time there. The space is ideal for other small families or people open to a calmer environment. We moved here from Texas so we offer a unique perspective on South Florida and would be happy to provide suggestions for the best beaches, restaurants and bars. Other things to note We have two kids under the age of 5, so if you are looking for a completely silent home, this may not be for you. They are happy kids, so you may occasionally hear laughter. We also have dogs, but they are kept upstairs and only exit through the front door to be taken outside. There is a gate upstairs to prevent them from going to the first floor. Please remember to read rules, as we do not allow guest to bring pets.
