The room offers a queen-sized bed, private bathroom and semi-private front patio. The shared outdoor kitchen provides everything you need to make simple meals while on vacation including a gas stove, oven, cookware and eating utensils. The outdoor kitchen is shared with two other private rooms within the home. 100 m walk to the world famous Salsa Brava beach and 10 mins walk to Cocles Beach. The home offers a short walk to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. As our guest you have access to your private room, shared outdoor kitchen and dining area. There is a communal yard space with a fire pit that’s available for use upon request. We are a family-run establishment and live nearby. We can follow your lead and make ourselves available if you need any assistance. However, we always aim to protect your privacy and peace so by default we’ll give you your space to enjoy your home. As we are centrally located, on the weekends or special calendar events, you will hear the music, laughter and festivities of the town. It’s not glaringly loud, but residual sounds can be heard from the house. Otherwise, the neighbourhood attracts fellow travellers and is known to be a safe space to let your hair down and relax. 100 m at the start of the road is a local bakery offering freshly baked goods as well as a wide selection of meals for breakfast and lunch. The most popular way to get around the town is by bike. There really is no need for a car unless of course you prefer a car as your means of transport. The communal yard space is a shared space with two other rooms and a tiny house. If communal living isn’t something you can adjust to, then this may not be the space for you. All are welcomed of course, but we feel that it’s important to make you aware of this.
