Cute Studio Style Apartment

2 bedroom apartment in the downtown part of the north side of Lacrosse. Surrounded by antique stores, cute shops, & a hot yoga studio. A short walk to the Mississippi river, bike & hiking trails! Parking Included. The space Our space is located across the street from the only hot yoga studio called Root Down Yoga in the La Crosse area. A few blocks away is the new elementary school and the pool. Great if you have little ones! Just a walk from the Mississippi river! Hospital is just a few miles away, along with the schools (University) & the South Downtown District! It's certainly not glamorous but we think it's cute. The building does have ample stairs in the front entrance & the building doesn't have central air (being historically old) but we do have a portable unit that works quite nice! No complaints yet! ;) Guest access Parking, laundry, kitchen, TV ( NO DISH OR CABLE NETWORK) DVD player, etc. We ask if you bring pets cats, dogs or fish you just let us know! It's not a problem at all and we won't charge you extra - We have dogs of our own and just ask that your pets be clean and healthy! Other things to note The building is 100 plus years old so there is no central air. We have a portable unit that seems to work quite well!
