Private Room in a Quiet Neighborhood

Located on a quiet street one block from a beautiful beach, a lovely park, and a shopping center with everything you could possibly need. There are great restaurants within walking distance. The shoreline has separate walking and biking paths for exercise or leisure. My street has plenty of free parking with no restrictions. Take a dip in the pool or grab a folding chair and head to the beach to watch the sunset over San Francisco. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space The apartment has plenty of natural light during the day. It is on the second floor with no one below, so feel free to do jumping jacks all day. The neighbors are pretty quiet too. There is a private porch with lounge chairs and a table for outdoor dining when the weather is nice (which it usually is). You have a choice between a Cali King size box/spring mattress or a full-size memory foam mattress. My cat is in love with me but he probably hates you. He'll be nice if you don't try and pet him though. If this listing is up, then my family is out of town and I will be the only one in the apartment. Guest access This is a gated apartment complex. Upon arrival, you will be given a set of keys that include a fob for the front gate, an apartment key, and a key to access both the laundry room and pool. You many use my covered parking space upon request which requires a gate remote to get in. During your stay I'm available weekends and weekday evenings for whatever you need.
