Villa Lucioles is a high-end Scandinavian chalet with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It normally accommodates 6-8 people (10 max). The location of the cottage with no visible neighbors behind gives it all its privacy, and a private hot tub is accessible from the covered patio. It is located 35 minutes from Old Quebec. Best location in the area! Bonus: free access to one of the most beautiful beaches in Lac St Joseph in summer and to the Portneuf Regional Natural Park! The space On the ground floor, there are 2 beautiful bedrooms with large beds, each with their own full private bathroom. A sofa bed with quality mattress is present in the living room. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open plan and offer exceptional views of the surrounding forest through an impressive glass wall up to the cathedral ceiling. The Napoleon gas fireplace offers a zen and relaxing atmosphere. Above the living room fireplace is a 55" HD TV with the ability to stream your favorite shows, the Telus TV package includes current and specialized sports stations, etc. A washer/dryer area is adjacent to the bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom in the Mezzanine with cathedral roof offers a family room with a large bed and a full private bathroom, a functional desk with laser printer and HV fiber optic internet (400 mb/sec) as well as a reading corner, not to mention the breathtaking view of the lower floor and the woods behind. There is space for an inflatable bed or floor mattress on the mezzanine (not provided) if needed. Outside there is a large covered patio with table and chairs, a seating area with propane fireplace and BBQ usable year-round as well as several other places to relax on the large private grounds of the Villa. A private Jacuzzi is accessible from the patio. The courtyard is very private, no neighbors are visible at the back, tranquility assured! Not to mention of course our beautiful fireflies that will accompany you during your stay! Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire Villa and its grounds. Common areas accessible to other tenants of the Domaine include: hiking trails with picnic tables, the Portneuf River, two dug and heated swimming pools with waterfalls in season, a large common Jacuzzi for 15 people, two 4-season saunas as well as a service building that offers a living room/foyer/kitchen/bathrooms as well as a pool table. Service building activities must be booked in advance on site. A children's play area is also accessible in the common areas near the service building.
