Villa Lucioles is an upscale Scandinavian villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms. It normally accommodates 6-8 people (10 max). The location of the chalet without visible rear neighbours gives it all its privacy and a private Jacuzzi is accessible from the covered patio. It is located 35 minutes from Old Quebec. Free access to a beautiful beach on Lac St Joseph for stays of more than 3 nights in summer. Free access to the Portneuf Regional Nature Park. The space On the ground floor, there are 2 beautiful bedrooms with large beds that each have their own full en-suite bathroom. A sofa bed with quality mattress is present in the living room. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open plan and offer an exceptional view of the surrounding forest through an impressive glass wall up to the cathedral ceiling. The Napoleon fireplace offers the added bonus of a zen and relaxing atmosphere. Above the living room fireplace is a 55 ”HD TV with the ability to stream your favorite shows, the Telus TV package includes common and specialized sports stations, etc. A washer/dryer area is adjacent to the bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom at the Mezzanine with cathedral roof offers a family room with a queen bed and a full en-suite bathroom, a functional work desk with laser printer and fiber optic HV internet (400mb/sec) as well as a reading nook without forgetting the breathtaking view of the bottom floor and the wooded back. There is space for an airbed or floor mattress on the mezzanine (not provided) as needed. Outside there is a large covered patio with table and chairs, a relaxation area with propane fireplace and year-round BBQ as well as several other relaxing places on the Villa's large private grounds. A private hot tub is accessible from the patio. The courtyard is very intimate, no neighbors are visible in the back, tranquility assured! Not to mention of course our beautiful fireflies that will accompany you during your stay! Guest access Guests have all the Villa and its grounds. The common areas accessible to other tenants of the Domaine include: hiking trails with picnic tables, the Portneuf River, two in-ground and heated pools with waterfalls in season, a large common Jacuzzi for 15 people, two 4-season saunas as well as a service building that offers a living room/fireplace/kitchen/bathrooms as well as a pool table. Activities in the service building must be booked in advance. A children's play module is also accessible in the common areas near the service building. Free pass to access the Portneuf Regional Nature Park, gives access to all occupants of a car, the pass (Fee $50 if lost) is in the card holder in the entrance of the villa on the left when entering, see the park's website for more details.
