They begin booking full as early as late January for the Spring Break and Summer seasons. The split bathroom features a walk-in shower and high pressure shower head, ceramic toilet and stainless sink. Enjoy the beach but make sure you utilize the outdoor shower! Grill, camp chairs, easy-up and other essentials will all be provided! Pickup and drop off times are negotiable. Guest access Guests have full access to everything this glamper has to offer Other things to note requirments: 28’ or longer site 50 AMP service (30 will work but will only run 1 air conditioner) Water/sewer hook ups Most RV parks provide cable, wifi access and washer/dryer facilities. The availability of these amenities is based on the park where you reserve. I do not provide any additional wifi or cable access to guests. what is provided: 4 outdoor chairs 2 inflatable paddle boards (on request) outdoor grill and utensils bedding and linnens to accomodate up to 6 guests dishes/glasses/coffee mugs/flatware/cooking utensils/multicooker/coffee maker beach towels (4) outdoor folding table 1 roll of paper towels/2 rolls of toilet paper Because I deliver the camper to you, there is the possibility of delays. Please be understanding and consider traffic patterns, accidents, breakdowns, flat tires...anything you are used to encountering driving, I may also encounter. I assure you I will do everything in my power to make sure you are taken care of and are able to enjoy your stay. Cleaning fee is for inside and the outside. I will dump all septic tanks, clean all beach gear, put all hoses away. The camper is not big but it takes 2-3 hours to clean to standard.
